Green Bay Housing Partnership is a community land trust (CLT) that helps close the gap between what modest-income families can afford and what housing actually costs, offering a path to homeownership that lasts for generations. By holding land in trust and keeping homes permanently affordable, we protect public investments, prevent displacement, and create stable opportunities for families who would otherwise be lifelong renters.

Multifamily Mutual is our program to address the housing crisis head-on by fueling multifamily development with philanthropic investment. Similar to individuals coming together by investing in a mutual fund, Multifamily Mutual pools the gifts of individuals to develop multifamily housing. This investment is paid back to the community by making safe, affordable housing for every neighbor.
