Bilingual Housing Counselor I
NeighborWorks Green Bay is seeking a new team member who is fluent in both Spanish and English to serve all the following roles in a bilingual capacity. They will be responsible for providing education, advice, coaching, and counseling for prospective homebuyers and/or those seeking to improve their financial circumstances in person, by telephone or web-based in one-on-one, small group, and large workshop settings. Understanding and carrying out our mission in service of the community. They will serve as an advocate for the client in achieving their homeownership and money management goals. Preparing accurate budget and action plan documents and maintaining comprehensive online counseling files. They will also participate in the design and implementation of new financial services to enhance existing Homeownership Center services.

Director of Community Land Trusts
We’re looking for a strategic leader to advance Community Land Trusts (CLTs), including GBHP and DCHP. This role partners with the President & CEO and leadership team to grow shared equity housing, lead business development, oversee planning and compliance, and advocate for permanently affordable housing.
The Director will also support program development, real estate activities, and community engagement while building strong partnerships across the region.
