Pre-Purchase Counseling
After completing homebuyer education, you will have the opportunity to look at your specific circumstances by meeting with a housing counselor. You will drive this process by establishing your homeownership goals and creating an action plan with the expert advise of one of our highly qualified housing counselors.
It can take up to 2 weeks to schedule your appointments after completing Homebuyer Education and up to 30 days to complete our entire program. Please plan accordingly and reach out to us if you have any questions.
